We had a wonderful visit with Peter's folks, Teresa and Jim. It had been since January since Abbey had seen them. so it was funny to see what she did with her second and third "house crashers" since Lilly's arrival. She had a blast with her "Gangy" and "Pa Pa"...we tried to get her to say G-ma, but Gangy seemed to stick better, especially since she cracked up every time she said it! Above is a picture I got of Abbey, a rare instance when she stopped for the camera.
We kept Gangy and Pa Pa busy- Teresa helped (read: did all of my cooking) get us ready for Abbey's birthday party, and Jim helped Peter tear out and rebuild our deck and replace a rotten section of the house. So, it was pretty much girls inside during the 95 degree-plus heat and boys outside!
I always manage to get a picture of our girls crying with Jim...it's a tradition now!
